RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
A smart city housing development plan will involve the latest technology and resources to create affordable, time efficient and durable accommodation for residents. Such will include all green & recyclable materials, renewable energy sources (solar power), fire resistant and low contamination building products. The land has already been earmarked for a residential subdivision and resort complex, with more development to come in the later phases. We will keep you updated.
RENEWABLE ENERGY TECHNOLOGY
As it is part of the eco-vision to have and eco-friendly and sustainable environment, a solar power farm will take up a large proportion of energy produced by the SMART city, along with hydro dams. The solar farm will require approximately 12,000m2 of land. This will be located at the top end of the development, situated above the bush medicine and wellness centre, similar to picture provided.
INFRASTUCTURE DEVELOPMENT
Greater infrastructure development includes the prospect towards tourism and global trade for this strategic area including resort town and tourism,
the conglomerate believes that with the projects coast shore line is prime real estate as it is populated with various islands not far off shore that
are surrounded by reefs that act as a large breakwater. Opportunities include the development of a resort town with tourist attractions and features to create economic prosperity for the surrounding community. Global trade, International sea port to be built on the roadmap development plan,The port will be the most strategic position in all of Australia. It is the closest proximity to the route used for the world’s international ports. It is the pathway to the rest of the world. Also, a re-development of a regional airport will be a highly valuable asset, allowing for more efficient trade routes as well as greater flow of tourism and local financial prosperity that is brought along by Infrastructure development such as shops, cafes, residential housing, resorts, aged care facilities, hospital, university, etc.
SMART HOSPITAL CONCEPT
Smart hospitals can be defined as medical institutions that create new value and insights on patient safety, quality of care, cost-effectiveness, and patient centeredness using Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), and provide them in a quantitative manner to patients and medical staff. In short, a smart hospital is one based on a highly automated and optimised environment. Employing Internet of Things technology is at the heart of a smart hospital. What distinguishes a smart hospital from a legacy hospital is that it employs a network of connected smart devices that increase the efficiency of the healthcare system and ultimately improve patient care.
AGRICULTURAL FARMING
Due to the projects enormous area, the door opens up for major production in the agriculture and farming industries to both local and export distribution. There are plans to develop high intensity farming of mixed crops and traditional crops for healing and medicines, offering up to 875 000 square meters of farmable land. The plan of building potential dams, levees or reservoirs, will be highlighted in the master plan, so as to restrict the flow of water especially during the monsoons, but also provide water for irrigation,
human consumption, industrial use, aquaculture and navigability.
Agriculture’s # 1 Objective: Creating Nitrogen Rich Soil! - “The GOLD is in the soil” Wymarra Wymarra believes that FARMING will be a massive industry in its venture with partners, whereby using a patented formula will enhance current crops that are available, and allow harvest for cattle grazing, while creating a reduction in chemicals being used and keep the soil clean for an overall better yield and nitrogen enhancement. HEALING CENTRE DEVELOPMENT
The Traditional Healing Centre is designed to accommodate a variety of patients. It is divided into 5 sections:
(1) Traditional medicine
(2) Traditional healing practices
(3) Wellness and wellbeing
(4) Yoga and related practice
(5) Meditation
Central facilities allow for community living and enable the sharing of experience, while reducing maintenance and staffing costs. Healing rooms are arranged to give easy access to the centres path system.
The Healing Centre will be equipped with concentrated farming activities, specialising in medicinal and traditional related crops including;
(1) Native hop
(2) Noni plant
(3) Nettle
(4) Beach bean
(5) Pemphis
(6) Lemon grass
(7) Medicinal mushrooms
Additionally, the centre will include hydrotherapy pool and spa complex, student accommodation, commercial kitchen and dining facility, laundry complex and an administrative office.
SMART UNIVERSITY CONCEPT
A smart campus is an emerging trend that will revolutionise the education system by enabling universities to improve services, and processes as well as achieve sustainability goals. With the proliferation of advanced technologies, a smart campus has emerged as an important concept that integrates technology into higher education. A smart campus takes advantage of IoT technologies to facilitate teaching and research activities, studies to identify the IoT technologies that are required in the development of a smart campus. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology and PRISMA processes to analyse high-quality articles on the IoT-based smart campuses from the last five years (2017-2022) as extracted from three databases like Scopus, ScienceDirect, and IEEE. The findings of the study reveal that the implementation of an IoT-based smart campus offers many advantages and benefits.
SHOPPING CENTRE CONCEPT
“Going Green,” a phrase not often associated with shopping malls is quickly changing as many retail centres are doing their part in creating a healthier planet. Industries across the board including hospitality, higher education, technology, transportation, and many more are tackling large, eco-friendly initiatives in order to reduce their carbon footprint. With consumption being one of the main culprits in polluting the planet, shopping centres respond with big action. From Asia to Europe to the United States, shopping centres are becoming more environmentally friendly. Solar/LED lighting, energy efficient heating and cooling systems, waste reduction, and green spaces are a few of the many initiatives taking place.
